El Gobierno congela la tarifa eléctrica y eleva la del gas un 0,5%
El Gobierno ha decidido congelar la Tarifa de Último Recurso (TUR) de la luz en enero y aplicar un incremento medio del 0,5% en la TUR de gas, cuyo coste para un consumidor tipo será de 2,3 euros al año, anunció el Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo en una nota.
La Tarifa de Último Recurso eléctrica se compone prácticamente al 50 por ciento de dos grandes partidas: el coste de la energía y los peajes. En la subasta celebrada para fijar la primera partida, la electricidad se abarató en torno al 10%, un descenso que ha permitido incrementar la otra parte -que sirve para remunerar los costes del sistema-, en un porcentaje similar para los consumidores domésticos”. No obstante, esta subida es insuficiente para compensar la totalidad de los costes regulados y la evolución de los trimestres precedentes.
Además, según el Gobierno: “La TUR revisada de la luz ya asume el reciente dictamen del Tribunal Supremo sobre la anulación de la revisión de peajes en octubre, en el que se modifica la tarifa en la semana del 23 al 30 de diciembre.”
Por su parte, la TUR del gas se incrementa a partir del 1 de enero y para todo el primer trimestre de 2012 en una media un 0,5%, porcentaje que supone un incremento de la factura trimestral para un consumidor tipo de 57 céntimos de euro.
En concreto, la TUR 1, propia de un hogar que utiliza el gas natural para el agua caliente, aumenta un 0,9%, mientras que la TUR 2, común en hogares con agua caliente y calefacción, sube un 0,3%.
Actualmente, en el sistema gasista hay un total de 7,3 millones de clientes que pueden acogerse a la TUR, de los que 3 millones están acogidos a esta tarifa y 4,3 millones disponen de un contrato en el mercado. Hay 1,8 millones de usuarios de TUR 1 y 1,2 millones de TUR 2.
El Gobierno también ha decido congelar el precio de la bombona de butano en 15,09 euros.
