La AEE rechaza la nueva propuesta eólica de Industria porque sigue sin garantizar la rentabilidad razonable
Tras analizar las nuevas condiciones incluidas en el borrador por el departamento dirigido por Miguel Sebastián y considerarlas poco significativas, la AEE decidió además hacer un «último esfuerzo de aproximación» y remitir a Industria una contrapropuesta, de la que rehusaron revelar detalles.
«Desde el principio hemos hecho concesiones y hemos aceptado una fuerte rebaja de primas», señaló la AEE, que explicó que con la propuesta del Gobierno «las cuentas no salen» y «los números» siguen estando lejos de garantizar una rentabilidad razonable para los proyectos, lo que impedirá lograr financiación y supondrá la paralización del sector. Para los eólicos, esta condición es «sine qua non» para que la asociació dé su apoyo a la norma.
A pesar de la nueva propuesta, «los números aún está alejados» de lo deseable y el nuevo borrador de normativa «sigue conllevando la parálisis del sector, la destrucción de su tejido industrial y la pérdida de empleo», afirmó la organización presidida por José Donoso.
En el nuevo borrador, Industria plantea una elevación del nivel de renta mínima anual, o suelo, de 55 a 60 euros por megavatio hora (MWh) para todas las horas de producción, amplía el nivel de renta mínima anual de doce a veinte años e incluye una modificación de la fórmula de revisión anual de la prima para que los ajustes sean más suaves y progresivos.
Para Industria, esta nueva propuesta ofrece una rentabilidad suficiente que se sitúa por encima del 8%, según corrobora el informe de la propia CNE, y eleva la previsibilidad al tiempo que reduce la posible volatilidad.
Por su parte, el ministro de Industria, Miguel Sebastián, anunció que no aprobará un nuevo decreto sobre la regulación eólica si no cuenta con el acuerdo del sector.
