Miguel Sebastián reitera que la luz «no volverá a subir más» este año
En respuesta a preguntas de los medios de comunicación en Lorca, donde se trasladó el ministro para evaluar los daños que los terremotos del pasado 11 de mayo causaron al futuro parador nacional, el ministro aseguró que el problema «fue el aumento del coste energético de los mercados de energía, que se traducen a través de una subasta y sobre lo que el Gobierno no tiene control».
Esta circunstancia demuestra, a su juicio, «que todavía hay una cierta tensión en los mercados energéticos internacionales, lo que ocasionó esa subida«.
Así, zanjó el ministro de Industria, «nuestra previsión es que sea la última subida del año. De hecho, ni siquiera esperábamos esta».
En cuanto al incremento del precio del butano, señaló que la fórmula para la fijación de su coste tiene «memoria, es decir, que va con retraso, y recoge ahora las subidas del precio del petróleo, del que deriva, en los últimos meses».
Con todo, la bombona está ahora «al mismo precio, algo superior, que el que tenía en 2008, porque bajó y es verdad que ahora volvió a subir, pero aquí el Gobierno, como todos los de Europa, tiene muy poca capacidad de reacción, porque todo el butano se importa y estamos sujetos a los precios internacionales del crudo».
«La gente que vive en la frontera sabe bien que el precio de la bombona de butano en España es inferior al que tiene en países vecinos como Portugal y Francia«, concluyó.
La luz se encarece en 7,79 euros al mes en lo que va de año
Facua-Consumidores en Acción advirtió de que, con la subida del 1,5% de la Tarifa de Último Recurso (TUR), el recibo de la luz de un usuario medio se encareció 7,79 euros en lo que va de año.
Además, lamentó que el Gobierno revise el coste de la energía de la tarifa a partir de una «opaca subasta» en el mercado de la generación, que resulta «una auténtica pantomima en la que las grandes empresas del sector fijan a su antojo el precio del kilovatio hora».
Por ello, denunciaron que la política energética esté plegada a los intereses de las empresas del sector y que su objetivo sea que el Gobierno elimine la Tarifa de Último Recurso (TUR) o que la destine a un reducido porcentaje de usuarios para que la mayoría sean expulsados a un mercado libre con tarifas más elevadas.
Facua calculó que la subida de julio aumenta la factura mensual del usuario medio en 1,02 euros, o en 0,8235 euros más el 24,03% que representan los impuestos sobre la electricidad e IVA.
En total, el usuario medio pagará 73,99 euros mensuales desde julio. A finales del año pasado pagaba 66,20 euros.
Este importe se suma a los 6,77 euros, ó 5,45 euros más impuestos indirectos, que el usuario medio tuvo que afrontar con la subida de la TUR de enero, del 9,8%, de modo que el incremento acumulado en lo que va de año asciende ya a 7,8 euros mensuales, o 93,48 euros al año.
Además, la nueva subida supone un incremento del 11,8% con respecto a la última tarifa vigente en 2010, la de octubre, y un 1,4% sobre la aprobada en enero de este año.
El usuario medio utilizado por Facua para realizar sus cálculos de subidas tarifarias tiene una potencia contratada de 4,4 kilovatios (kW) y un consumo mensual de 366 kilovatios hora (kWh).
La nueva subida de la luz provocará un efecto inflacionista
La Unión de Profesionales y Trabajadores Autónomos (UPTA) aseguró que la subida del 1,5 % de la luz en julio va a ser negativa para la economía, ya que provocará un efecto inflacionista y consideró que los autónomos serán los más afectados por el alza de la electricidad.
Según explicaron, tendrán que asumir nuevos costes con la subida de la luz que «difícilmente» podrán repercutir en los precios, algo que, recuerdan, ya ocurrió con la subida del IVA en julio de 2010 y de la luz en enero de este año (del 9,8 %).
El secretario general de UPTA, Sebastián Reyna, afirmó que «el coste de la electricidad, junto con el IVA y la congelación de salarios y pensiones, condicionan la capacidad de consumo de los hogares españoles, por lo que el crecimiento de nuestra economía será menor, con lo que difícilmente se podrá crear empleo».
Asimismo, la Federación Nacional de Asociaciones de Trabajadores Autónomos (ATA) consideró que el encarecimiento medio del 1,5% en la Tarifa de Último Recurso (TUR) de la luz y del 5,7% en la de gas natural y el precio de la bombona de butano suponen para los autónomos, hogares y pequeños comercios «un nuevo puntillazo a su ya maltrecha economía».
«Este incremento, unido a subida del IVA, y a la continua caída de la oferta y de la demanda, es una nueva losa para las familias y los trabajadores autónomos, que afectará directamente al consumo, en un momento en que la situación por la que atraviesan miles de autónomos en nuestro país es límite«, aseguró el presidente de ATA, Lorenzo Amor.
Para Amor, «es muy difícil mantenerse cuando los costes siguen encareciéndose y las ventas siguen descendiendo, tal y como ocurre, por ejemplo, en el sector del pequeño comercio, cuyas ventas llevan once meses consecutivos cayendo».
«Teniendo en cuenta que se trata de dos suministros de primera necesidad, este nuevo encarecimiento es, a todas luces, una medida injusta y desproporcionada que ahogará y agravará aún más la situación que viven más de tres millones de autónomos y que no favorecerá la ansiada recuperación económica», añadió el presidente de ATA.
