Las fotovoltaicas se distancian en sus reclamaciones al Gobierno

Por un lado, la Asociación Empresarial Fotovoltaica (AEF), la Asociación de Productores de Energías Renovables (APPA) y la Asociación Nacional de Productores e Inversores de Energías Renovables (ANPER) han remitido una carta al Ministerio de Economía y al de Industria en la que afirman sentirse «profundamente decepcionados y engañados» y piden explicaciones por la actitud del Gobierno.

Por otro, la Asociación de la Industria Fotovoltaica (ASIF) se desmarcó y pidió en solitario, en otra carta enviada a Industria, «mirar al futuro» y colaborar para avanzar en la mejora del marco normativo con tres reivindicaciones concretas.

Según las misivas, ASIF puso el acento en tres aspectos del mercado que precisan «urgentes actuaciones normativas»: la simplificación de procedimientos administrativos, el marco legal para el autoconsumo y los requisitos de adaptación a la red eléctrica.

ASIF añadió que «ni el futuro de la fotovoltaica en España ni las relaciones entre la asociación y la Secretaria de Estado de Energía deben condicionarse por las actuaciones judiciales» que ha emprendido el sector contra las últimas normativas aprobadas.

Por su parte, el resto de patronales criticaron en su misiva la actuación «contradictoria» del Gobierno en la última reunión tras los acuerdos alcanzados en el Congreso para suavizar los recortes a estas fuentes.

Según el sector, Industria se habría comprometido a ciertas modificaciones que serían suficientes para restablecer la seguridad jurídica y que, en la fracasada reunión del pasado 31, quedaron reducidas a algunas de las instalaciones más pequeñas.

Ante esto, las asociaciones pidieron «una explicación» por el cambio de postura y reiteraron su incomprensión ante el «ensañamiento que está llevando a cabo contra la fuente de energía más social que existe».

El pasado noviembre, el Gobierno aprobó un real decreto que recoge reducciones de las tarifas para las plantas fotovoltaicas en techo entre un 5 % y un 25 %, mientras que las primas para las instaladas en suelo bajan un 45 %. Un mes después, dentro del paquete de medidas para reducir los costes del sistema eléctrico, el Ejecutivo acordó también recortar las horas con derecho a primas. Las patronales han recurrido ambas normativas en España y en Europa.
