La CNE tendrá su propio código de conducta, al tiempo que simplifica su organigrama directivo interno
El desarrollo de este documento se debe a la Ley de Economía Sostenible que ampliaba las exigencias derivadas de la transparencia y la responsabilidad social de los organismos reguladores, según informó la entidad.
Así, la CNE aprobó el inicio de los trabajos conducentes a la elaboración de un código de conducta que constituya la referencia fundamental para el desarrollo de la actividad de sus altos cargos y de todo el personal.
En él se desarrollará la regulación de los posibles conflictos de intereses e incompatibilidades, las normas sobre el tratamiento de la información, las relaciones tanto con las Administraciones públicas como con los agentes del mercado, otros organismos reguladores y ciudadanos, así como las reglas de conducta que se habrán de observar en el desarrollo interno de los trabajos de la Comisión.
Además, también se regulará igualmente el procedimiento para establecer las responsabilidades derivadas del incumplimiento de las reglas de actuación contenidas en el mismo.
El Consejo examinó un documento marco preliminar, que orientará los trabajos preparatorios del citado código.
Junto a esto, el consejo también acordó simplificar el organigrama directivo de la CNE conforme a criterios de austeridad y eficiencia. Para ello, creó la dirección de Hidrocarburos, que estará dirigida por Raúl Yunta y que integrará las actuales direcciones de Gas y de Petróleo y Biocarburantes.
Además, la secretaría general absorberá la hasta ahora dirección de Relaciones Institucionales.
