La CNE deberá pagar 278 millones de euros al sistema eléctrico

Según consta en la orden de peajes que el Ministerio de Industria remitió a la Comisión Nacional de Energía (CNE), este importe se refiere en 67 millones de euros al plan de viabilidad de Elcogás, una planta piloto de captura de CO2. Una cantidad que no se podrá pagar ya que dicho plan no fue aprobado por la Comisión Europea.

El resto del importe, 211 millones de euros, corresponde a la anualidad que se reservaba para el desajuste de los ingresos del sistema eléctrico correspondientes al ejercicio 2010.

Un desequilibrio que el Fondo de Amortización del Déficit Eléctrico (FADE), creado para sacar al mercado los derechos de cobro del déficit tarifario, titulizó ya.

El Tesoro Español, a través del FADE colocó ya 7.000 millones de euros en tres emisiones de 2.000 millones de euros cada una a las que se sumó una cuarta de 1.000 millones, dentro de un programa en el que se pueden emitir títulos hasta 22.000 millones.

El déficit de tarifa eléctrico se produce cuando los ingresos del sistema eléctrico vía tarifa no son suficientes para cubrir los costes del sistema, que a cierre de 2010 superaban los 20.000 millones de euros.
