El Tesoro prevé realizar este martes otra emisión del déficit de tarifa

Según informaron fuentes del sector, se intentarán retomar las colocaciones de esta deuda, acumulada por el desfase entre los ingresos y los costes del sistema, aunque siempre en función de que las condiciones del mercado lo permitan.

Sería la quinta colocación tras las tres primeras de 2.000 millones cada una y una cuarta de 1.000 millones de euros.

El Gobierno seleccionó ya las entidades financieras que actuarán como colocadoras en ésta y en la próxima emisión: Santander, Citi, Credit Agricole, Credit Suisse y Deutsche Bank.

En enero, el fondo emitió 2.000 millones en bonos a 3 años al 4,8%, mientras que en febrero ofreció un 5% para colocar la misma cantidad con vencimiento en junio de 2015.

Posteriormente, en la tercera emisión, que se realizó en marzo, el FADE emitió otros 2.000 millones con una rentabilidad fija anual del 5,9% durante diez años mientras que en mayo colocó 1.000 millones en una emisión de deuda a siete años y con una rentabilidad fija anual del 5,6%.

La Comisión Nacional de la Energía (CNE) insistió en que los costes de estas colocaciones están siendo elevados y recordó que los pagarán los consumidores a través de los recibos de la luz.

Para «equilibrar» esta situación, la CNE propuso que se realice un «descuento o quita» en el precio de cesión que reciben las empresas en el proceso de titulización.

Según los últimos datos de la CNE, el déficit tarifario asciende ya a 22.850 millones de euros y la colocación en el mercado de los primeros 7.000 millones supuso un aumento adicional de 127 millones en las anualidades que pagan los consumidores a través de los peajes.

El Gobierno fijó para este año un límite de 3.000 millones para el déficit de tarifa y de 1.500 millones para 2012, con el objetivo de que en 2013 los ingresos sean suficientes para cubrir los costes y se acabe con la generación de esta deuda.
