CNE y CECU difundirán juntas el comparador de precios de luz y gas
La herramienta, que está disponible en el sitio web de la comisión (www.cne.es) y en el acceso directo (www.comparador.cne.es), permite comparar en tiempo real las tarifas del mercado libre, de último recurso, tarifas con discriminación horaria, así como servicios de mantenimiento y duales.
La Confederación de Consumidores y Usuarios (CECU) es la primera asociación miembro del CCU en ponerlo en marcha, desarrollando actividades de información sobre este comparador online de precios.
Para ello, la confederación comenzará sus actividades de colaboración colgando en su página web y en la de varias de sus organizaciones miembro, un enlace directo al comparador de tarifas.
Gracias a esta herramienta, en la que participaron empresas comercializadoras y representantes de los consumidores, los usuarios podrán disponer de las principales características de cerca de 400 ofertas de 18 comercializadoras diferentes, así como de información detallada sobre la factura estimada para el primer y segundo año
Asimismo, la CECU facilitará información en la «Guía para Usuarios del Comparador«, de forma que cualquiera sea capaz de usarlo de forma sencilla y obtener en tiempo real una referencia de las alternativas más económicas para los consumidores según su perfil específico de suministro.
Los datos recogidos en el comparador de precios son estimaciones que en ningún caso tienen un compromiso contractual.
Según señaló la expresidenta de la CNE, María Teresa Costa, durante la presentación del comparador, la nueva herramienta contribuirá a que las empresas comercializadoras de luz y gas sean más competitivas y puedan mejorar sus prestaciones en un contexto de liberalización.
